About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Guest Experience team and primarily assist our beloved Guests via text, email and phone! Even though this is a remote role, we are building a team that is communicative and inclusive. Our Team is empowered to do all they can to help Guests feel heard. In short, you’ll confront the following challenge: how can I create a fantastic, memorable experience for Local Kitchens Guests?

About the Team:
This role is in our Guest Experience team with team members located all over the US and with diverse backgrounds. We work hard to maintain a positive environment. Everyone joined Local Kitchens because they are passionate about going above and beyond for Guests and they stay because of our epic culture.

Shifts:
At this time, the position will be Saturdays only, with an opportunity for extra hours through covering days off requests from our other team members. Flexible weekend and evening availability is required, with occasional late-night (8p-2a) availability preferred.

You have a laptop with minimum computer specs: 4GB RAM, 1440×900 VDR, Windows 7 or higher (PC), Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
What You’ll Do:
Provide magical support to our Guests via text and email using the Kustomer platform
Reply to business reviews on Yelp and Google My Business, as well as through our internal review process
Exceed Guest expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them
Stay up to date on evolving processes in order to most accurately assist and support our Guests and Kitchen Teams
Think of fun and innovative ways to go above and beyond for Guests
Facilitate the feedback loop with other internal teams such as Engineering, Kitchens, and Marketing
Extra Credit:
Proficiency with the Kustomer platform and Google Suites
