Customer Service Representative (Remote)

And we’re looking for an aspiring Customer Service Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Address support tickets and troubleshoot issues according to customer support playbook and FAQ document. Set up new customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications requests. Perform customer verification & follow up on customer interactions.
- Use a CRM system to store and update customer records.
- Store & organize documents and other files in a structured manner. Track & update pricing & delivery information for customers.
- Convey information to incoming calls based on instructions & take notes. Manage inbound & outbound calls. Make occasional calls to schedule appointments or conduct informational inquiries.
- Organize inbox, reply to emails & follow-up on correspondence. Notify the client about important emails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Conduct internal communication on the efficiency of the customer service process. Obtain/evaluate all relevant information to handle product service inquiries. Organize company data.
- Manage customers’ accounts. Track invoices, unpaid orders, refunds etc. & update client on statuses & statements of accounts. Record customer interactions & transactions. Record details of inquiries, comments and/or complaints.
- Upload videos, graphics & other content with simple copy. Manage negative reviews or comments. Keep account profile up-to-date.
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
Qualifications:
- At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proactive & confident with keen attention to details
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
