Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Scottsdale, AZ facility, or remotely, to deliver the highest quality customer service to keep customers wanting more. You are the front-line team member who answers calls and provides knowledge on all parts and services MPS provides. Continue to gain knowledge through educational resources to be the best in the industry. This position will be responsible for accurately completing tasks essential to the movement of product through our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for in-bound phone calls, routing the calls to the appropriate salesperson and/or MPS personnel.
- Accurately log messages to reps pertaining to customers through Teams/Email and logging in CRM.
- Provides customer service to incoming calls when rep not available including taking payments, updating credit card or account information, tracking packages and general account information.
- Manages given group accounts (such as CodeBlue or other General Dentist Accounts) by taking orders and managing payment processes and keeping account information up to date.
- Provides overlapping-Back-up to other CSS and Business Development Managers.
- Assists with managing new accounts and license updates.
- Assists with managing 222 forms, logging, disbursing, and return of rejected forms.
- Assists with the processing of Know Your Customer (KYC) forms.
- Assist with other Administrative Duties as needed such as Monitoring service emails, CodeBlue, Info and answering Chatra.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as Accounts Receivable, Past Dues, Call Numbers Reporting, or other.
- Record customer inquiries and complaints following proper procedures. (RMA request or Customer Complaint)
- Assist in Marketing /Sales activities including outbound calls, e-mails, mailings & faxes to expand opportunities with current and new customer contacts
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English is required.
- Knowledge of basic NetSuite functionality and the ability to accurately type at a reasonable pace is required.
- Ideal candidate will have customer service/phone center experience.
- Ideal candidate will have strong oral & written communications, ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations, and ability to answer and distribute a high number of calls.
- Ideal candidate can work independently and in team working environments depending on projects.
- Ideal candidate will have an interest in medical products, procedures, and terminology.
- Ideal candidate will have multi-tasking capabilities.
- Exceptional candidate will have medical product knowledge. (not required)
- Flexible start and end times may intermittently be required.
