Job Description
BroadPath is hiring remote, work from home, Coverage Review Representatives. Coverage Review Representatives will review medication inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues. Coverage Review Representatives will communicate via phone, email and fax, and will be performing detailed data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Inbound/outbound calls from members, pharmacists, and various internal departments
- Reviewing medication inquiries and contacting healthcare providers for follow-up information
- Reviewing provider documentation and accurately interpreting and entering data into the database
Basic Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Health Plan Member Service Representative or Medical Billing Specialist
- Call Center experience
- Data Entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous successful work at home experience
