ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reforge is hiring a Member Support Contractor to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Support Experience, this position will support us in two critical pieces of work: application review and member inquiries via email. We set forth certain criteria in our application process to ensure that members who purchase Reforge get the full value of our content – making sure that it is aligned with the target audiences for our various programs. The role will review applications against this criteria. Additionally, as needed, the contractor will help answer simple questions via email from members and prospective member around Reforge offerings, pricing, and other general questions.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Member Support – You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Support Experience, and will interact daily with a team of exceptional support professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Member Support Contractor, you’ll be responsible for providing support to our full time Member Support team by providing support in reviewing applications and easy support tickets.

Has availability Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm Pacific Time, with remaining hours being flexible (total of 20 hours/week), from mid-February through the end of April
