The Account Coordinator role is a central hub for the agency coordinating both internally with execution teams and externally with our clients. This is a fast paced role best suited for someone who excels at multitasking, is organized, and detail oriented. Communication and listening skills are paramount to maintaining and strengthening client relationships and serving with excellence.
Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator provides administrative and client support to account managers, assists in the day-to-day administration of client communications calendars. This role also maintains a high level of awareness of client activities, managing excellent communication with client contacts to strengthen and retain relationships.
Inside Pursuant
- Partner with Account Manager and Account Director to plan and manage project workflow through the agency from project initiation to project completion and billing
- Ability to manage a combination of smaller projects with limited Account Manager and/or Account Director involvement alongside larger projects that require more senior level support
- Work with internal execution teams to achieve on time/on budget client deliverables
- Field and process internal information requests; coordinate timely delivery of client assets
- Maintain client Google drives to ensure ease of file retrieval for account management
- Coordinate as needed with third party teams / partners as part of project work
- Review and compose correspondence
Client Partnership
- Maintain and strengthen client accounts through excellent account management; attend to the needs of the client, and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
- Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
- Compile and share project status reports with clients and internal team members
- Proactively communicate with clients on a regular basis in a professional, efficient manner
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
- Participate in presentations to share relevant project work to clients when required, in collaboration with account team members
Fiscal Responsibility
- Learn the foundation of client financials, including client billing structure, monthly/project estimates, contract status, and hours allocations.
- Manage account budgets
- Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines

- Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client s vertical, company culture, brand, and strategic communication plan.

Preferences:
- Advertising/marketing agency experience (Internship)
- Experience or working knowledge of direct mail, digital, and social media
- Knowledge of nonprofit industry
- Recent college graduates with applicable marketing/advertising degree welcomed to apply
