BroadPath is excited to be hiring Provider Enrollment Analyst. Provider Enrollment Analysts will assist providers on the phone with 855B applications to enroll in Medicare Part B coverage.
Responsibilities
Day to Day
- Handles incoming applications and correspondence to ensure work is properly categorized
- Provides quality check on the provider enrollment data and enters application information into claims processing systems
- Manages inbound/outbound online FAX queues to and from providers
- Creates and mails notification letters
- Completes application returns and/or application acknowledgement process
- Supports other enrollment functions such as status calls, basic data entry, special mailings, etc.
- Coaches’ providers through the enrollment process and provide inbound phone support
- Initiates requests for information to complete the online enrollment process
- Verifies credentialing information and completes fraud detection and prevention
Basic Qualifications
- PECOS & MCS System experience
- 6 months’ clerical experience
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of provider enrollment workload definitions, enrollment terminology, enrollment forms, and basic regulations
Preferred Qualifications
12 months of Provider Enrollment experience
