Zeel, a leading provider of trusted health and wellness services in the home, is looking for a smart, innovative associate to join our Customer Support team. Customer Support Representatives are at the heart of the Zeel mission. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll engage with Zeel clients, prospective users, and providers from the Zeel network to help them get the best Zeel experience possible. Along with providing superb, 5-star customer service, this team is responsible for connecting customers looking to book wellness services with the providers in the Zeel network. This role requires the ability to multitask, handle multiple lines of communication, handle escalations and be a proactive problem solver. If you believe the answer to making a customer happy is often to pick up the phone and call, then this is for you. It’s an ideal position for a person who wants to join a fun team bringing exciting new ways for clients to handle stress management. This is a full-time position, and requires evening, weekend, and holiday hours – not a standard, predictable 9-5 role. This position may be fully remote anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the public face of Zeel by providing top customer service for all inbound and outbound communications with Zeel users and Providers in the Zeel network
Engage with customers and wellness providers via text, live chat, email and phone
Handle escalations with frustrated customers and providers
Fulfill and schedule bookings with the requested wellness providers in the Zeel network
Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate team
Improve our documentation to help our Zeel users help themselves
Collaborating with other departments and fellow associates on projects as necessary
A successful T2 Customer Support Representative typically has:
3-4 years of experience in a customer service role
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in English
Experience using a ticketing system, such as Zendesk
Empathy with customers and an ability to quickly size up situations and potential issues
The ability to use empathy to de-escalate difficult situations
An obsession with customer happiness – we measure CSAT and NPS
