The Mom Project is excited to partner with Career Organic in their search for a Client Success Advocate (100% Remote).
Career Organic dedicate their time, efforts, and energy to uplifting professionals around the world and simplify the process of making a career transition. They pride themselves on thoughtful and hyper-intentional communication and have a laser focus on client experiences.
As a Client Success Advocate, you will engage with and be a point of contact for prospective clients interested in engaging in career services, current and former clients, and members of their social community groups. So this role is a mix of Customer Success & Sales (without any sales metrics or $ goals)
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK East Coast Time (Will consider candidates from the United States Only due to operating hours and the necessity for phone calls.

- Must have a genuine interest in helping professionals in their careers, instead of being purely motivated by sales.
GREAT SKILLS (transferable) FOR THE CLIENT SUCCESS ADVOCATE:
- Executive Assistant or similar experience
- Recruiting/Staffing
- HR
- Consultative Sales
- Direct customer service experience preferred (phone & email specifically)
How will you support these three groups?
- Prioritizing their needs and recognizing the services that provide the best solution
- Providing pricing and process information relevant to their needs and priorities
- Clearly understand and be able to translate prospect needs and partner effectively with the operations team to ensure client expectations and service excellence are met
- Providing additional resources throughout all levels of their journey
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and LinkedIn inquiries about our services, pricing, and client experience
- Provide pricing, process details, and additional information to prospects
- Schedule consultations for professionals looking for information
- Speak with prospects over the phone, either scheduled or ad hoc, to discuss career coaching and professional branding (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile) services
- Provide basic feedback on resumes that prospects send to the team
- Measurements for Success: successfully placing leads into the right services, average response time for written communication and ad hoc consultations, and the turnaround time for completing resume reviews.

Schedule:
- Availability is key: daily (M-F) and a minimum of 4 – 6 hours throughout the day (East Coast time, ideally available btw 10 am – 6 pm. Flexibility within those hours to pick the best times.
- Flexible to hop on a call quickly outside of pre-scheduled consultations.
