What will you be doing:

This position provides administrative support to the Care Management department within Contigo Health.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Using various software including Word, Excel spreadsheets, databases and presentation software
  • Visio projects (organizational charts and workflows)
  • Research and data collection to prepare documents for Management level review and presentation
  • Access care management documentation systems for data entry and to support the existing programs
  • Utilize appropriate department policies, procedures and guidelines specific to members’ eligibility, benefits and contracts
  • Pulling in Clinical Faxes/Emails from Clients for the Care Management Department
  • Creating letter templates, cover letters and Care Management communication/collaboration documents. Receive satisfaction surveys and input results for reporting.
  • Order and Send out Care Kits needed for Care Management Department
  • Create and maintain departmental performance management reporting, including compilation of metrics and dashboards
  • Supports management staff with meeting related activities, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow up of deliverables
  • Filing and retrieving records, documents and reports
  • Manages triage and distribution of action items of assigned email accounts
  • Assists with self-admin maintenance of internal applications, including Sales Force workflow management tools
  • Consult and accept guidance from appropriate clinical team members
  • Document in a standardized format in the care management documentation systems in a timely, accurate and thorough manner
  • Protect the confidentiality of the member information and adhere to the company policies regarding confidentiality.
  • Assist with planning department education, engagement and holiday events
  • Report and help to assist with department issues and complaint logs.
  • May call out to facilities to confirm discharge information, request discharge instructions and or summaries.
  • Training and development of other admin support team members under direction of management staff
  • Printing/binding/copying projects as needed
  • Other projects as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant Duties, Admin Support, Microsoft Office

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Experience to include:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Medical Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio workflows
  • Professional phone demeanor

Education:

  • Associates or Technical Degree Preferred

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $34,000 – $64,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
