Administrative Coordinator

General Overview

• Support the Services Team with general project management and administrative tasks.
• Schedule meetings and client related engagements.
• Attend meetings and assist in taking notes.
• General organization of time, calendars, digital files, and email accounts for multiple people.
• Digitally log hours used as timecards in the CRM system for multiple people.
• Create projects according to MQT and allocate funds.
• Create monthly recurring projects and allocate funds.
• Plan and organize internal client meetings.
• Data entry on internal documents.
• Serve as an initial point of contact on entry projects.
• Organized project QC using internal reports.
• Communicate with Fourlane staff regarding projects and QC.
• Manage time on a shared calendar for transparency and company awareness of your availability.
• Handle QC of assigned tie-outs for clients, if assigned.
• Other administrative tasks, functions, and projects as assigned according to business needs

Experience / Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related experience, preferably in an administrative support or project management capacity.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system strongly preferred.
• Experience with ShareFile or other cloud-based system preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
