We are hiring multiple Office Coordinators to sit remotely across the country! We are open to new college graduates as well as individuals with 1-2 years of office admin experience.

Job Specifics:

  • Provide support for our field office including, but not limited to, HR compliance, data entry, customer service, filing, records management and assisting with general office projects.
  • Assist all our recruiters/sales professionals with administrative projects as they arise
  • Work with our Director of Business Operations regarding reporting tasks
  • Communicate with both internal employees and external customers
  • Ensure all contract employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Work with recruiters to ensure that our Applicant Tracking System is updated with correct information at all times. Assertiveness will be necessary from time to time.
  • Administer and maintain all background investigations for contract employees
  • Maintain all contract employee records
  • Work with our corporate HR manager on projects and compliance related tasks

Pre-Requisites:

  • Associates degree AND a minimum 1- 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong/consistent work history
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High energy
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Microsoft office including a strong understanding of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Patience and yet the ability to deal with time sensitive issues
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with new software programs quickly
