The Technology Engagement team is responsible for technology partner relationships and the development/Infrastructure oversight for the Quality Solutions Delivery team.

We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creation of new team for Quality and Testing
  • Design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met as the application is developed
  • They oversee testing of processes and products
  • The Quality Assurance Manager manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • They ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met
  • Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation
  • Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes
  • Investigate customers’ needs/wants and develop a strategy for meeting their needs
  • Communicate with the Development teams on a daily basis

The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations by ensuring the applications function properly, data is valid for business processes, and reporting correctly represents the data in accordance with the requirements. Additionally, this position is responsible for data forensics to support the applications.

The work supports Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid quality improvement programs. Additionally, this role will support process improvement through the identification of data source opportunities for improvement and development of associated action plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries on a regular basis
  • 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with Quality / Process Improvement focus with understanding of medical terminology and clinical care
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification of quality control is a solid advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience using DevOps as a code repository and work management
  • C# experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HEDIS® and CAHPS® requirements
  • Understanding the agile development methodology
  • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Skillset that includes ability to learn new technologies
  • Skillset that includes ability to work as a team player with minimal guidance. Seeking guidance only on the most complex tasks
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
