Are you an ambitious and motivated worker with experience in customer service in a call center environment? Are you a team player who is collaborative and resolution minded? We are hiring for a leading provider of human capital solutions to work on our team.

In this role, you will be on the front-line of care assisting customers with solutions and benefits ranging from health benefits by helping to navigate the annual enrollment process, retirement planning, and other HR-related issues. This assignment requires you to use your own device.

Responsibilities

  • Must have capabilites to work from home in a comfortable, condusive work enviornment, with interent speed that meets the clients requirements.
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients’ employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
  • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • 2+ years of experience handling complex processes, problem solving and applying analytical skills
  • Must have flexability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST (Monday- Friday). We cannot accomidate everyone when assigning shifts please keep this in mind when applying.
