We are looking to add a talented People & Culture Specialist responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and development. The People & Culture Specialist will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining the necessary paperwork. A background in Human Resources and/or recruiting is preferred. As a small team, we are looking for someone that is a go-getter and willing to step in to help with other projects as needed. The role as a People & Culture Specialist will be far from one-dimensional. The role will undertake a wide range of HR tasks beyond recruiting, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and crafting HR policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Administer benefit plans, and support finance in creating and administering variable compensation plans
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with international labor regulations

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem solve and take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a prove ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with multi-generational and cultural workforces
- Experience with laws, reguluations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
- Perform other duties as assigned
