About this team: 

The People Experience Centre (PEC) provides an elevated and truly global service delivery experience. We support our people with information, transactional assistance and issue resolution in a caring, competent and convenient way using digital channels where possible and human channels where needed.

A day in the life: 

  • Respond to ticket enquiries from employees utilizing specialized knowledge of lululemon’s people systems, processes, and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-team and cross-functional partners to resolve enquiries and co-create knowledge documentation
  • Process employee data changes within HRIS
  • Administer P&C programs and processes
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve knowledge base content and processes and to clarify roles & responsibilities
  • Train and coach new PEC team members
  • Deliver on ad hoc assignments 

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree, in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 1-2 yrs.’ experience in a HR operations, HR shared services, HR service delivery or customer service role
  • Experience supporting the workforce with enquiries about people processes and systems (HRIS, ATS, Ticket Handling) 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience analyzing ticket data for trends and opportunities 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Well-honed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, using strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Take ownership and follow through on tasks 
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of applications
