Description
We are looking to add Survey Services Representatives to our growing team! This is a call center position where your primary responsibility is collecting information. Our clients for this position are insurance companies. You will be utilizing a computer to research, document and look up information and will be using a headset-style phone the majority of the day. You will be assigned a listing of accounts to work. There are specific team and individual performance goals. Your calls/performance is monitored and you will receive regular coaching/feedback.
You will work directly with our client’s membership to:
• Research membership information to determine if additional coverage exists
• Gather pertinent information (1st party) about existing insurance coverage
• Document and verify information obtained• Determine primary insurance based on current matrix
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
• Minimum 6 months experience in health insurance industry, medical claims, or customer service required
Other:
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
• Basic typing proficiency required
• Ability to successfully pass job-related assessment
• Basic knowledge of Health Insurance Coverage or Terminology preferred
