The experience you’ll need for the Renewals Specialist:
- Educated – Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experienced – At least 1 year of experience in renewals, sales, inside sales, or account management.
- Sales Intelligent – Expert knowledge of an Enterprise organization’s structure, how to successfully upsell to current customers, and skilled in the renewal contract process.
- Problem Solver – Able to distinctly detect customer problems, propose a solution, and resolve any obstacle.
- Determined – Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic. You’re a self-starter and innovative.
- People Persona – You have robust interpersonal skills and talent in maintaining successful relationships with your customers. Your customer service and communication skills are top-notch, both verbal and written.
Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following:
- Successful experience in selling complex technology solutions
- Phone and email presence with a positive and persistent style
- Demonstrated ability to work solo, as well as being a productive team member
- Experience in construction management, civil/mechanical engineering, Cloud/IT
- Sold previously into the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors
More about the LoadSpring Renewals Specialist Role:
We’ll set you up for success by coaching you to understand and build relationships within our current customers. As a Renewals Specialist, you’ll become an expert on ensuring customers have the products they need to achieve positive business outcomes. You will make a high volume of calls and emails each week, as these pursuits will drive renewals to closure and assist in gaining upsell opportunities. We will assign you a mentor to assist you in building strategies to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with our current customers. On LoadSpring’s Renewals team you’ll thrive in a high-performance, complex account management environment by building trust as a reliable team member and advisor to customers.
