Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the rotation of answering the support line for customer concerns and support.
- Maintain the electronic binders for documentation that departments use as tools within their area of work.
- Daily management of surveys for implementations and support to ensure satisfaction levels are meeting expectations.
- Order office supplies and licensing components for Epiphany products.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders, changes, and/or returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer(s) service expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- At least five (5) years of customer service experience
- Two (2) years Healthcare experience with cardiology systems or operations
- Associates Degree in relevant field
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- This job can also operate as a remote telecommuting position. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- This is a largely sedentary role, however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bending, standing, or climbing on a step ladder, as necessary.
