The Total Compensation Consultant Sr. is responsible for providing strategic level compensation consulting and project management services for System initiatives specific to competitive pay programs and the pay for performance philosophy at Baylor. This position monitors compensation trends and best practices in the external market and then partners with HR and Business Leadership to enhance Baylor’s pay programs and competitive position.
Medium to Expert level EXCEL experience (v lookups, pivot tables, costing analysis, etc). 100% remote – equipment would be shipped. Would prefer that a candidate resides in Dallas, TX, however, if they do not they will be expected to work CDT hours.Normal Business Hours Contract Length: 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension/conversion.
