Overview

As a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist, you are assigned accounts to manage and track. You are a 1:1 customer service rock star who is dedicated to your clients and helping them with everything concerning their accounts. You help our clients over the phone or by email, making any needed changes or adjustments to their accounts or any type of maintenance. With your friendly and professional demeanor, you keep our clients happy and build excellent customer rapport. You are essential to each client’s success as well as our own success. You feel good about using your dispatcher and customer service skills to help our customers in need!

Responsibilities

Provide patient, professional, and positive customer service by phone or email
Make adjustments to customer accounts
Communicate clearly with clientele
Commit to the required schedule
Possess meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of services company
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other cloud-based software
Basic keyboarding skills (45+ WPM, 95% accuracy)
A private, quiet, and completely distraction-free space to work
Necessary computer equipment:
A Pentium processor Core i3 or higher
8 or more GB RAM
Two monitors
A high-speed internet connection that is wired directly to the router
A noise-canceling headset
Ability to pass a criminal background and a drug test
HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home-service customer service or dispatcher experience a plus
