As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building business relationships with new and existing Bullhorn customers to ensure successful software adoption and value realization across our product suite. You will work closely and collaboratively with our Sales, Support, and Professional Services departments to identify success goals, drive customer health and optimize the success of your clients.

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for helping our customers gain the value from our software that will help their business succeed and serves as our customer advocate.

As a Customer Success Specialist, a typical day might include:

  • Working with assigned accounts conducting engagement check-ins and executing on success plans
  • Reviewing account information and health data to proactively determine actions you can take to help them be successful
  • Working with clients to understand their success goals and identifying opportunities and actions to improve their experience with our software. In partnership with sales determine what actions will best promote contract renewal, customer satisfaction and reference-ability. Identifying areas for the customer to improve feature adoption, improvement of their current workflow or configuration and optimize their current solution.
  • Coaching a virtual class of users on Bullhorn functionality (ie. candidate search, workflow, etc.) and assisting assigned accounts with onboarding of new users
  • Serving as a thought leader and sharing best practices to optimize the customer’s return on investment
  • Acting as a liaison between Bullhorn departments (Support, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management) to collaborate on opportunities, customer-related projects, or critical issue escalations
