The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, Training, your purpose is to manage training logistics. You will be required to create training schedules, coordinate travel logistics, and communicate clearly and effectively with training stakeholders. A wide degree of self-motivation and problem solving is expected.
Responsibilities
Track and coordinate training schedules
Administrate the different program needs
Coordinate all facilitation needs for sales and delivery
Coordinate the facilities requirements for new store openings.
Maintain metrics reporting for all lines of business
Handle onboarding coordination
Build events in Inside Tesla
Manage enrollment process for instructor led training for sales and delivery
Manage data entry and report instructor lead training metrics (i.e. attendance, enrollments, completions, tardiness, absences, etc.)
Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external parties
Handle travel bookings and logistics for training attendees
Manage enrollment process in both online and instructor led training
Host webinars on program logistics
Coordinate shipping of materials and equipment as well as track training inventory
Organize, maintain, and facilitate procedures to ensure a world class experience for onboarding and continuing education for employees and vendors including in person, virtual, and online course offerings.
Provision badge access to training facilities
Order catering for trainees
Attend line-of-business meetings to provide coordinator support and insight to business leaders
Build, manage, and improve coordination processes
Support coordination needs for any analysis needs such as survey’s, focus groups, pilot feedback, data research, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience with Concur for travel Logistics
Experience with JIRA Project Management Tool
Experience and Proficiency in operating a Learning Content Management System
Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong Excel skills essential
Prolonged periods of repetitious duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
Ability to be unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
Proven time management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds frequently
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background screen
