Job description
In this position as a diabetic medical device customer support agent, you will need to be very detail oriented,
and have experience using diabetic equipment.Experience can be personally such as taking care of someone with a diabetic condidtion or professionally. You will answer inbound calls from customers who you will answer questions. train and educate on the use of their equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring that all customers cases and callbacks are logged in accordance with Data Quality guidelines.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
Previous technical assistance is preferred but not required
Knowledge of computers and the internet, as well as web and web-based applications.
