You are a key contributor to ensuring an excellent employee experience! This role is critical to keeping HR operations running. You will manage compliance documentation, ADP data and the onboarding/offboarding processes for the employees, international team members and the full contingent workforce. You will also own immigration project management, as well as other projects, support and administrative responsibilities supporting our business and team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main point of contact for onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Oversees contingent workforce process
  • ADP HR module administrator
  • Project manage immigration process
  • Compliance administration
  • HR documentation file owner

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lattice and an LMS
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Tech sectors
