Position description
The Coordinator – Intake is responsible for the coordination and management of the inventory of data, analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning requests coming through the intake process and integration of these into the Center for Digital Health (CDH) – Data & Analytics portfolio. Receives direction from the CDH – Data & Analytics Leadership team and works in close partnership with many teams across CDH. Organizes and manages the full inventory of requests in the intake process for CDH – Data & Analytics. Maintains dashboard of requests and reporting as needed for leadership groups within CDH as well key leadership groups outside of CDH. Develops and fosters relationships with the engagement team, and key contacts within and outside
CDH to facilitate efficient and effective movement of requests through the process. Facilitates connections and interactions as needed across CDH teams in order to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration, healthcare administration, analytics, or related field with 3 years of related experience;
- Proficient in Excel, pivot tables and Tableau (or other equivalent visualization tools) required.
- Must be familiar with data and analytics tools and technology and the data ecosystem and data & analytics communities across Mayo.
- Must have demonstrated competencies is agility, organization, networking, customer service, and be able to handle and navigate ambiguous situations.
- Possess a consumer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal business stakeholders, outside partners and information technology teams.

Compensation Detail
Required education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $2,300.80-$3,106.40 based on a full-time position.
