- We are growing fast and looking to add to our Sales Operations team. This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.
- You are excited to make an impact and will serve as an order expert, processing Sales Orders and enabling HackerRank to invoice our Customers.
- As the Order Processing Specialist, you will work across the sales, sales ops, legal, and finance organizations, processing orders in Salesforce and ensuring they are consistent with the signed Service Order / Contract with our Customers.
- You will ensure each order matches the signed agreement with Customer, that it adheres to company standards and policies, and compute the revenue / bookings that the company recognizes for each order.
You will be working on:
- Review Salesforce Opportunities (Orders) against signed contractual agreements for completeness and accuracy
- Administer Orders (Products, Quantities, Bookings) in Salesforce and be responsible for data accuracy
- Work with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve any issues identified during Order review
- Ensure Orders adhere to HackerRank standards and policies
- Calculate the revenue for Orders, as defined by HackerRank booking policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall quote-to-cash processes
- Assist the Sales Operations team with process and system improvements, handle ad-hoc projects, sales training and other team enablement needs
We are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Desk, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and/or Revenue Accounting
- Experience processing sales contracts / orders
- Experience with B2B SaaS sales ecosystems
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- High attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other quote configuration tools
- Experience with Netsuite
