At Root, the customer is at the heart of all we do. Our customer service team is the gateway to our customers and directly shapes both our customer experience and the product we are building. The Processor II role is responsible for filing and completing high priority financial responsibility forms for customers in an accurate and timely manner, and utilizes different procedures per state. The Processor II will flex down to support the Processor I’s as needed. 

Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm Eastern Time

Reports to Customer Service Supervisor
