We are looking for a creative, skilled graphic designer to join our fast-growing Company. This position requires a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience and will be 100% working remotely. The designer will assist the creative director on a wide variety of digital and print projects including collateral material development (brochures, annual reports, newsletters, etc.) All candidates must provide a graphics portfolio. A skills assessment and case study will be given to final candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative Director to design digital marketing assets for desktop, mobile, emails, social and print.
- Design for seasonal creative campaigns.
- Design Logos.
- Work directly with the Creative Manager to introduce new and innovative designs and features.
- Present campaigns to leadership for feedback and approval.
- Support and collaborate with design team members.
- Coordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites and emails.
- Be aware of the fundamental importance of Branding.
- Manage workflow to meet business and creative deadlines.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver a great end product (imagery, system buildout, asset hand-off).
Job Summary:
- Salaried, Full-Time position, 40 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years related design experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline driven
- In-depth knowledge and application of Adobe’s Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and self-manage multiple projects at a time.
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and fast turnaround.
- Can follow written directions, but also thinks outside the box and asks questions.
- Flexible, collaborative, and able to work with a variety of team members to reach common goals.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and works with team to improve the process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of design experience
- BA/BS Graphic Design
- Experience working remotely
