Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with programs designed to ensure proper application of contracted rates and reimbursement policies for company affiliates
- Analyze claims, pre and post payment, to ensure proper pricing of contracts, reimbursement policies and procedures
- Review claim disputes to verify correct pricing and analyze claim inquiry data to determine root cause of errors
- Recommend system changes, training, and process improvements to prevent future errors
- In this role, you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately. In order to effectively support manual claims repricing, you’ll need to learn and adapt to a variety of platforms while working to meet aggressive performance objectives

- Review claim disputes to verify correct pricing and analyzes claim inquiry data to determine root cause of errors
- Work with both internal and external customers to identify and resolve complex problems

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years’ experience in claims research, analysis and reporting
- Experience using Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort, filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience working with reimbursement methodologies
