CrewBloom is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to join a fast-moving Clinical Operations team. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes support that helps patients navigate their health journeys with ease—from lab tests to clinician consults. • Full-time, fully remote
• Healthcare-focused operations and member support
• 8-hour shifts in EST or PST (with a 1-hour break)
• Work with cutting-edge tools like Notion, Airtable, and ChatGPT
• Support real patient outcomes and make a direct impact
📋 What You’ll Own
Member Support & Health Navigation
• Manage appointments and follow-ups across labs, clinicians, and diagnostics
• Track member progress and resolve issues in real-time
• Serve as the first line of support through chat and messaging platforms
• Ensure systems are synced, workflows are firing correctly, and data stays clean
Partner Coordination
• Liaise with clinical vendors and audit lab bills (e.g., Getlabs, Labcorp)
• Document and report any issues affecting the member experience
• Help refine SOPs and workflows based on real feedback
Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
• Analyze metrics and identify opportunities to optimize the patient journey
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute meaningful insights
🎯 What You Bring
• Strong spoken and written English
• 1+ year experience in an operational, virtual assistant, or healthcare-related role
• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Slack, and chat tools
• Critical thinking, initiative, and comfort working independently
• Empathy-driven approach to customer service
• Reliable and flexible—able to work 8-hour shifts in either EST or PST
