• 💰 $54,000–$86,000 base salary (depending on experience/location)

💡 Your Day-to-Day
• Manage recovery cases for injured/disabled individuals
• Assess overall recovery via patient interviews
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and legal reps
• Build and update personalized treatment plans
• Ensure cost-effective healthcare and timely return-to-work
• Modify job duties when needed to support recovery
• Maintain clear, concise documentation and case updates
• Manage caseload independently and prioritize tasks
• Support new staff training when applicable
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• 🎓 RN (Associate or Bachelor’s Degree)
• 📜 Active Compact RN License (CA license a plus)
• 📅 2+ years clinical experience (workers’ comp preferred)
• 💬 Strong written/verbal communication and advocacy skills
• 💻 Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and general computer tools
• ✅ Certification (or willingness to obtain) in CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, or similar
• 🌐 Reliable internet and ability to work independently from home
