📋 What You’ll Do
• Perform comprehensive chart reviews across EMRs, HIEs, and payer data
• Identify suspect diagnoses, missing documentation, and care gaps
• Collaborate with Population Health Directors and Clinical Informatics teams
• Track and improve documentation workflows to drive better care
• Participate in monthly review meetings, huddles, and optimization efforts
• Access and interpret external sources (hospital records, Blue Button, payer data)
• Support short- and long-term clinical strategy goals
🎯 What You Bring
• Strong EMR/HIE experience (Greenway, Canopy, Excel, etc.)
• Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows
• Experience supporting providers and working across teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker with attention to both detail and big-picture trends
• Self-starter with proven follow-through
• U.S. work authorization required
