🌟 The Role
As a part-time Medical Assistant, you’ll support virtual physicians and care providers, serving as a vital bridge between patients and the care they need. This is a remote role requiring flexible availability between 7 AM–10 PM EST. Fluency in Spanish (read/write/speak) is required.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• 🎥 Support patients during live video check-ins/check-outs
• 📞 Provide live phone and message support for patients
• 🧑⚕️ Assist virtual physicians, APPs, and RNs with care coordination
• 📅 Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
• 📋 Send requisition forms and coordinate provider communication
• 📞 Clarify complex cases with providers and facilities
• 🧾 Ensure thorough documentation and resolution tracking
• 🤝 Coordinate with labs, pharmacies, and vendors to meet patient needs
• ✅ Stay compliant with laws, regulations, and company standards
🧠 You Bring
• 👩⚕️ 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (primary/urgent/multi-specialty care)
• 🎓 Medical Assistant certification or diploma
• 🇪🇸 Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
