✅ Position Highlights
• Position: Healthcare Member Advocate
• Location: Remote (Must reside in AL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, OK, TN, TX, VA)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–9 PM EST; Saturday, 9 AM–7:30 PM EST
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Training: 12 weeks, paid and mandatory (100% attendance required)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Assist with a wide range of needs including billing, claims, benefits, and quoting
• Use web-based systems to resolve member concerns in real-time
• Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM
• Update and verify member records as needed
• Listen deeply, recognize needs, and provide tailored information
• Uphold schedule adherence and performance metrics
• Follow-up with callers when needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working in a call center environment
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and tabs simultaneously
• Proven multitasking and time management skills
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of internet browsers and search engines
• Positive, empathetic attitude with a solutions-first mindset
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment tests
💻 Remote Requirements
• Dedicated, quiet workspace with no distractions
• Non-cellular high-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable modem only)
• Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 12 Mbps upload
• Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet not permitted
