PartnerHero x Crescendo is hiring a fluent Spanish and English speaker to serve as a Patient Enrollment Specialist. You’ll connect with eligible patients by phone, walk them through the enrollment process, and introduce them to a healthcare program that could improve their lives. This role blends customer support with upselling, empathy with tech savvy, and relationship-building with results.

• Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET (Rotating Weekends Required)

• Location: Remote (U.S. Only) — Must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, KS, MD, MI, NV, NC, OR, SC, TX, VA, or WA
📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in a healthcare program
• Serve as the first human touchpoint—establish trust and clearly explain program benefits
• Convert calls into successful enrollments while maintaining a positive patient experience
• Communicate value clearly and personalize the conversation based on patient needs
• Gather insights from conversations to help improve program delivery
• Share trends, patient pain points, and suggestions with leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English—spoken and written
• Experience with outbound calling, customer support, or converting leads
• Strong communicator who can overcome objections and explain value
• You’re comfortable being on the phone all day and building rapport quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems while speaking
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident working independently
• Emotionally intelligent and capable of simplifying complex information
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in one of the eligible states
• Reliable high-speed internet and power backup plan
• Quiet, private workspace for outbound calls
