🧾 About the Role
Charlie Health is seeking a Clinical Admissions Associate to be the first clinical touchpoint for clients starting their treatment journey. You’ll conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments, determine treatment fit, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, compassionate transition into our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Your expertise and empathy will help lay the groundwork for healing.

• Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
• Remote: Yes (U.S. only)
• Schedule Options:
• Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Sunday–Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients of varying ages and needs
• Build immediate rapport with clients and referral sources
• Identify treatment needs and determine program fit
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V
• Document assessments and assign treatment teams/schedules in EMR
• Coordinate with internal teams across Admissions, VOB, UR, and Clinical
• Communicate with external referral sources to align treatment efforts
• Uphold client confidentiality and maintain compliance throughout the intake process
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience with behavioral health assessments or admissions preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse age groups: children to adults
• Exceptional communication, clinical judgment, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
• Access to reliable technology for delivering HIPAA-compliant telehealth
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
