Magna Legal Services is hiring a fully remote Process Clerk to help support their legal services team. You’ll work with attorneys, process servers, and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely document handling and task management. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Communicate with clients and process servers by phone/email
• Prepare and dispatch legal documents and service assignments
• Perform document-related tasks (scanning, data entry, copying)
• Review documents for accuracy and client-specific needs
• Assist other team members on various departmental tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal support environment (attorney service, process server, law firm, records retrieval, etc.)
• Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Quick learner, able to adapt and multitask efficiently
• Texas SOP (Service of Process) experience preferred
• Associate degree or higher preferred (not required)
