🧾 About the Role
As a Data Center Associate, you’ll be the night owl that keeps our systems humming. Working remotely, you’ll gather, review, and enter key domestic theater and studio-related data during night shifts—starting at 7 PM PT (or as early as 6 PM) and extending past midnight. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple data sources will ensure the accuracy of our entertainment insights.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor nightly reporting deadlines and flag delays
• Collect, interpret, and enter data from multiple sources
• Research theater data and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with data originators for clarification or updates
• Correct and update existing entries when needed
• Train in and perform at least three different Data Center functions
• Float between tasks to support team and workload
• Mentor or assist new Data Center associates
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• HS Diploma or GED
• 0–1 year of experience (data entry preferred)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internet research tools
• Able to meet deadlines while staying detail-focused
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and proactive—takes initiative without hand-holding
• Flexible to work all night shifts, including holidays and weekends
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in: Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, or Utah
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work setup
• Must be able to start shifts between 6–7 PM PT and work past midnight

💰 Compensation by State
• Colorado (excluding Denver): $14.81/hour
• Washington (excluding Seattle/SeaTac): $16.66/hour
