📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide phone, email, or chat support to customers
• Handle service requests and updates (billing, orders, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine customer issues
• Escalate complex cases to the right teams
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Track tickets, update contact info, and meet performance benchmarks
• Support newer team members with guidance and mentorship
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Empathy and professionalism when helping others
• Comfortable navigating software and multitasking online
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
