📋 What You’ll Own
• Approve and maintain customer accounts with clean, accurate data
• Manage parent-child account structures and ensure compliance
• Generate and review invoices with itemized charges and proper terms
• Resolve billing discrepancies and minimize disputes
• Partner with sales, customer service, and finance to clarify account details
• Respond to billing inquiries clearly and professionally
• Maintain detailed A/R files for audits and reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives and system upgrades
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in billing, A/R, or financial transactions
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience with billing software or ERP systems (Dynamics preferred)
• Strong data entry, Excel, and communication skills
• Ability to spot discrepancies and solve problems proactively
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Knowledge of billing compliance and internal financial controls
