As an Accounts Receivable Specialist L2, you’ll help drive financial accuracy while building trusted relationships with major enterprise clients. ✅ What You’ll Do
• Create and manage monthly and usage-based customer billing
• Apply incoming payments and reconcile AR balances
• Navigate B2B customer payment portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) to eliminate barriers to on-time payment
• Proactively manage purchase orders and available customer funds
• Lead bi-weekly aging reports and escalate overdue invoices as needed
• Partner with Legal for advanced collections and dispute resolution
• Provide top-tier customer service and internal communication
• Deliver monthly AR metrics and KPI dashboards to leadership
• Maintain contract and billing system accuracy
• Support month-end close and AR reconciliations
• Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects
🎯 What You Bring
• 5+ years of B2B accounts receivable and billing experience
• Strong experience with AP portals (Ariba, EDI, etc.)
• Familiarity with large ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
• Exceptional communication, detail orientation, and follow-through
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• High school diploma required; accounting coursework or degree preferred
• Prior experience with intercompany billing a plus
