🎯 About the Role
ElevenLabs is seeking a high-energy, client-obsessed Customer Success professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients in the voice technology space. This is not a passive role—your book of business (50–70 enterprise accounts) will look to you as a strategic partner from onboarding through retention, renewal, and expansion.

As we scale toward $500M+ in ARR, you’ll help develop the playbook that supports thousands of enterprise customers globally. You’ll be part of a tight, fast-moving team defining how AI-powered voice experiences are delivered at scale.


💼 What You’ll Do
• Own a portfolio of 50–70 commercial SaaS accounts
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term value through deep relationships and ongoing optimization
• Create and refine our Customer Success playbook to support hypergrowth
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction—own KPIs like NRR and retention
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales when appropriate
• Act as voice-of-customer across product, ops, and marketing teams
• Help build a culture of excellence and scale without sacrificing quality


📍 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–7 years in Customer Success or Account Management at a fast-scaling SaaS company
• Proven track record managing commercial or enterprise customer portfolios
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of an organization
• Deep problem-solver who can balance customer needs with scalability
• Experience collaborating across product, support, and GTM
• Passion for cutting-edge AI, voice tech, and user-first tools
• Based in the U.S. and within proximity of a major metro area (preferred for travel)
