Ameriflex is hiring a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to deliver exceptional client care during the most critical stages of the client journey: onboarding and renewal. This is a remote role focused on building strong relationships, managing structured processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing clients. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and provide proactive, white-glove service that drives satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

📋 What You’ll Own

Client Onboarding & Renewal
• Act as the main point of contact during onboarding and renewal stages
• Manage structured workflows and timelines across accounts
• Ensure a seamless client experience by proactively addressing needs

Relationship Management
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Plan Administrators and Brokers
• Serve as a strategic partner by educating clients on tools and best practices
• Own issue resolution from start to finish, including escalations

Internal Collaboration
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
• Maintain organized, detailed documentation in CRM systems
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency

Compliance & Confidentiality
• Handle sensitive client information with care
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and Ameriflex compliance standards


🎯 What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required)
• 3+ years of experience in account management, onboarding, or customer success
• Background in Benefits Administration or related fields (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process improvement focus
• Comfortable navigating web-based systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during peak periods
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. once/year)
