📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business
• Maintain weekly communication with clients through phone and email
• Create and present campaign performance recaps with actionable insights
• Coordinate with developers, SEO analysts, designers, and paid media specialists
• Address and resolve client requests using the internal ticketing system
• Support Senior Client Success Managers on strategic accounts
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry updates
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ClickUp a plus
• Foundational knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-obsessed
