Dynatron Software is seeking a Warranty Submission Specialist to help auto dealerships increase their parts and labor reimbursement rates. In this remote position, you’ll translate client invoices into detailed submissions for automotive manufacturers. You’ll work independently, hit clear quotas, and communicate regularly with dealership teams. This is a measured and mission-critical role ideal for those with dealership experience and analytical minds.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Analyze invoice data and prepare Excel submissions for automotive manufacturers
• Translate service department documentation into reimbursement-ready reports
• Develop expertise in warranty reporting tools and dealership data
• Meet defined weekly/monthly quotas with consistent accuracy
• Communicate with dealership management via phone and email
• Maintain organized documentation in CRM and shared systems
• Follow established procedures and prioritize urgent requests
• Participate in additional projects and duties as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in service departments, warranty claims/admin, or auto dealership roles
• Comfortable using Excel and learning new software platforms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and self-direct in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service mindset
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (preferred)
