📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate support across channels
• Become a Cars.com product expert, guiding dealers and consumers with confidence
• Document all interactions using Salesforce
• Escalate tech or product-specific issues to Tier 2 or appropriate teams
• Support both internal teams and external users to ensure top-tier service
• Assist in continuous improvement of the support process


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Patient, empathetic, and problem-solving focused
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with MS Office and tech tools (Salesforce experience = bonus)
• Learns fast and adapts even faster

• Prior customer service experience or service industry background preferred
• College degree preferred (or 1+ year of experience minimum)
