✅ Review and resolve complex, high-priority insurance claims with precision
✅ Ensure compliance with ever-changing federal, state, and payer rules
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to smooth out claim discrepancies
✅ Drive improvements that make our claims process smarter and faster
🧠 Associate degree or equivalent experience (healthcare background a plus)
💼 3+ years of hands-on healthcare claims experience
🛠️ Strong with ICD-10, CPT codes, claims systems & Microsoft Office
