✅ Engage with veterinary professionals via live chat, email, and phone to assist with purchasing decisions
✅ Troubleshoot platform issues swiftly, providing clear and effective solutions
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to relay user feedback and suggest platform enhancements
✅ Contribute to the development of support resources and streamline communication between systems
🧠 1+ years of customer-facing experience
💼 Associate or Bachelor’s degree
🛠️ Proficiency in chat support platforms (e.g., Intercom), excellent communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
📍 Fully remote position within the U.S.
💰 Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities
