We’re hiring a Website Developer to build and maintain high-functioning, visually stunning websites for our diverse client base. This is more than coding—you’ll manage client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and deliver seamless, secure, and responsive user experiences from start to finish.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Design and code websites using best practices (HTML, CSS, responsive layouts)
- Manage full website builds and refreshes from concept to launch
- Integrate back-end systems and optimize SEO and load speeds
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues (plugins, domains, downtime)
- Maintain and secure existing sites, performing regular audits and updates
- Work directly with clients, understanding their goals and offering proactive solutions
- Collaborate with designers to translate vision into functional layout
- Suggest content and UX optimizations using performance data
- Document and manage version control across multiple environments
- Ensure quality control across all platforms and devices
📌 You’re a Strong Fit If You Have…
- 5+ years of experience in website development
- 5+ years working remotely or in client-facing virtual roles
- Deep familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Comfortable with hosting migrations and domain management
- Clear, professional communication and timely follow-through
- The ability to self-manage in a deadline-driven environment
